Our activities are carefully constructed to recreate individual workplace issues that impact team performance and to consider improvement strategies.

Participants develop a range of personal skills such as effective listening and communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and assertiveness, and team skills such as planning, decision making, task supervision and conflict management.
